What I remember most about Bob was that big smile and how he was always so positive about life in general. He rarely spoke harsh about anyone, even though he probably had the right to do so. He tried to find the good in people and felt they would end up doing the right thing in the end.
I can still hear him saying-"right". That was his response to any statement you might make that he agreed with.
He loved life so dearly and wanted to live so badly. That was what made it so hard to let him go, even though we knew God needed him to go on home.
He will be in our hearts forever and what a legacy he left on this earth. A beautiful daughter and a loving wife that he wanted nothing but the best for. He told me just a few days before he left us that he wanted Donna to find someone to make her happy, that she was too good of a wife and mother to be left alone. He also said that if God would permit, he would send her someone. Maybe he did.
Love,
Mom and dad
